Happy Hump Day Botts:
It is a chilly start here in the South with high temps here today around 42. I wore my longer coat today as I will be out and about in the cold...ugh...My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
I switched my shakes and bars around to slowly increasing my calories and to keep my body guessing on what is going on. Down 7.5 lbs. today.
Have a wonderful day, remember those vits and get in plenty of fluids especially during this time of the year when I bodies seem to dry out so quickly.

I was the biggest fan of the Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar until the Quest Brownie Bar. I now consider the pure protein bar my candy bar and the quest brownie bar like cake. I microwave on high for about 14-18 seconds depending on microwave and it is a moist, soft, chewy brownie. Now for those of us who still eat regular brownies, of course those are better, but when you have been without, these are the bomb. I tried the Fiber One Brownies but they were very dry to me and not very chocolately. I am a self professed chocoholic. I also like the peanut butter supreme quest bar heated up too. Taste like a warm peanut butter cookie that you get from the mall to me. Enjoy!

I haven't been on the board for many years... have been reading all morning and trying to get back on track with vitamins and protein, I have a bad habit of drinking nothing but coffee early in the morning (I get up to work at 4am) and then dont eat breakfast until around 8-9am...
Early morning : 2 cups of coffee
Breakfast: 2 eggs w/2tbs of cheese/salsa and turkey sausage
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Turkey pattie w/pepper jack cheese
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Manicotti (made out of crepes)
I'm hoping to be able to stick to my plan... day 1 here i come
