Good Morning Botts:
I made it through day three with no problem and have loss 7 lbs. I am in my Happy Place. I think I will do this a few more days just so I can get a lower cushion. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Exercise: Walking
Have an awesome start to the week. My son has Science Fair today and we spent the weekend working on his project with him. I think it Rocks! Don't forget your vits and fluids today.

Was on a mini-vacation (staying with grandkids while son and DIL on anniversary big vacation for 10 days). So back on track today.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs with cheese
L - Hard boiled eggs with sauteed kale
D - Chicken and mushrooms with rest of kale
Snacks - apple with natural peanut butter; Quest bar
Have you tried Choc Chip Cookie Dough Quest bar? Just ordered some; hope they are as good as others.

It sounds like everyone is feeling better....Great!!! I am so sorry to hear about your work companion dog, Tess. I am a dog person and when they pass away there is an empty spot in my heart for them. I am currently on my 3rd dog in my life and when she goes I will be sad. Hopefully you guys will be getting another dog in the office. Perhaps a fuzzy little puppy? Tri

S: 1/6 nsa rasperry pie and cottage cheese 180
L: 3 oz. chicken breast, veggie soup, salad, low fat cream cheese 290
D: 3 oz. pork tenderloin, veggie soup, salad 250

clean and shop for 1 hour, 1/6 triathlon...this completes 2 triathlons this month :)
