GOOO Tess!!!  I bought some coconut milk per Hala's suggestion to add to my RTD shakes this week.  I am taking my supps and trying to push my fluid today.  Cleaning my house for cardio!!  Unsure of what I will eat today but I do know I am cooking a shepards pie recipe from the South Beach Diet Super Charged book.  Basically cauliflower topping over Boca burger crumbles (my veggie tweek) either mixed with edamame or frozen green beans...with shredded vegan cheese on top.  What I may do this work week is drink my shakes all day with the coconut milk added and then eat my low carb shepards pie for dinner (like you are doing).  I am hoping the coconut milk with keep my blood sugar more balanced.

Thanks so much!  I love the Boca Burgers and just downloaded several cauliflower recipes from Pinterest.  I think I going to keep what I am doing for a few more days.  I feel awesome and got in a 2.5 mile walk this afternoon.

Thanks Edie.  I know it is hard to live without carbs even for a short while but they sure do a number on me when I don't.  Chat with you in the morning.

Good evening  BOTTs

Looks like everyone is going to hit the track running tomorrow morning...yay us !!!  I am feeling much stronger and have completed 1 5/6 triathlons since I started this.  Tomorrow I will get the total up to 2.  I am also starting crunches tomorrow.  I have not done them for many years.  My core is weak.  I will start slowly.  I am impressed that you guys can all eat so low carb.  I am not there yet but the weight is coming off rather than on so I am definitely happy.  Till tomorrow night,  Tri
