First day of detox was a success! On to day two. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Milalax
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Exercise: 45 minute walk in the neighborhood.

I actually slept in today. Todays plan is to try to stay on track and try to eat 3 solid meals today (trying to remove the snacking)
Breakfast: Country Potatoes, Protein Pancake, 3 slices of Microwave Bacon and Egg 380cal/33P
Lunch: Protein Soup with a small side salad and a sandwich made on 100 cal Bread and Health Choice Slice Turkey 400cal/30P
Dinner: My Noodle Bowl: Pork Pot Stickers in Chicken Broth with 3 oz of Shrimp with Veggies 325cal/27P
Dessert or Snack: Ice Cream Sandwich 160Cal/4P
Total of 1265 cal over (65 calc) and 94 Proteins
Exercise: 45 minutes of Wii Active Tennis

Tess, good luck on your shakes and bar at night plan. The Quest bars made me dump although I love them :( I know a surgeon in LA - Loosiana for us Southern folks - who puts his re-gainers on all shakes ONLY until the regain is off. Pretty tough stuff! I often think, could I do that? I like savory and salty much more than sweet which would be my shortcoming..
I don't know why I'm even posting today, I started out with cold pizza for breakfast. I've definately gotta come upwith a better plan. Went to a Mary K party for my niece who has started selling it and I supported her by eating cheesecake. Tomorrow's gotta be better.
