Well, I did get my 2.5 mile walk around the neighborhood last night finally. It was chilly so I walked fast. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Meatloaf & Green beans
Snack: Grapes
Exercise: Walking on the treadmill tonight for about 45 minutes.

I kept to my eating plan yesterday and did not waver. Now it is time ( past time) to get started with some type of exercise. On nice days I do go out and leisurely walk the boardwalk or some other place but that is not consistent at all. The rain should stop in a couple of days. Or so the weather man says but he as been wrong before. tomorrow we are going to Spanish class and then to Relient center. The pre-rodeo horse shows are starting and I love the cutting horse competitions and such.
Today's eats are
breakfast - protein bar
snack pudding
lunch chocolate protein drink
snack soup
dinner soup or protein drink

My eats for today are:
B: eggs, cheese salsa
S: hard boiled eggs & celery
L: egg salad - maybe I'm eating too many eggs & slice of p28 protein bread*
D: roast beef wih mushroom and onion gravy, salad w/ lite italian & mashed taters
S: hopefully none
vites and water and the usual 4-5 cups of coffe w/ ff creamer
*just wanted to say if you haven't tried that p28 bread I would say don't. In my opinion its tough and flavorless and at $6 definately not worth the price! I'm only using it cause I paid $6 for it

I did something that I've never done in the 7 years I've worked at my current job....I called in sick. No one was surprised since they had sent me home on tuesday but a day in bed was just what I needed.
I literally drank all of my calories.
Breakfast: Protein Shake (creamsicle flavor....vanilla protein, OJ, lactose free milk and ice)
Lunch: Egg Drop Soup
Dinner: Chicken Broth & a deviled egg
AND>>>>>>>>2 pots of coffee with splenda and ff french vanilla.
Hot liquids felt best to my throat. But let me tell you the combination of caffeine and non-drowsy cold medicine turned me into a cleaning machine. I did all the laundry (included stripping all the beds) washed dishes, swept and mopped floors. Scrubbed bathroom tile and grout. Washed all of the dogs toys (she was NOT impressed). Bathed the dog and gave her a haircut and did her toe nails.
I had to come back to work today so I could rest.

Today for exercise I put away valentine decorations, did a load of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, the dinette, the family room, the living room, the dining room, the laundry room, the foyer and the powder room. It took all day but I finished. I am pooped! Tonight I need to go to the grocery store because I am out of veggies.
