Good Morning Saturday Botters:

 

I slept in this morning.  It is a cool and crisp morning here today with the high suppose to be in the low 40's.  I will be exercising at the Gym this afternoon.  My eats and cardio for today are:

 

Breakfast:  Coffee & Mirilax

Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar

Lunch:  Quest Apple Bar

Snack:  Vitatop

Dinner:  BBQ Pork Sliders

Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

 

Exercise:  45 minutes on the treadmill

 

Have a great Saturday.  Remember those vits and fluids.

Thanks Tess for posting...you are an inspiration .  I hope everyone had a great Saturday.  I was at a seminar all day but went to the gym this evening for my 1/6 triathlon workout.  Tri harder

 

B: whole wheat roll, reduced fat cheese, deli turkey 200

S: peanut chewy protein bar 200

L: 6 inch subway tuna/whole wheat, raw veggies 500

S: banana 80

S: whole wheat roll, reduced fat cheese, deli turkey, salad 235

D: extra lean grass fed beef meatloaf 4 oz. and veggie soup, cheesecake 425
