I slept in this morning. It is a cool and crisp morning here today with the high suppose to be in the low 40's. I will be exercising at the Gym this afternoon. My eats and cardio for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Mirilax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Apple Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: BBQ Pork Sliders
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Sandwich
Exercise: 45 minutes on the treadmill
