Negativity will bring us all down.  I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement.  I try not to look at the bad but what I can take away from it that is positive.  You are doing really good.  What flavor Mio do you use?  I have tried the sweet tea but is is definitely not what my mama made.

My cafe and cardio today were:

 B: 2 eggs, Metamucil cookies 240

S  banana and sf/ff cheesecake 200

L: beef and veggie soup, tomato and small cucumber, 1 cup pasta 450

D: chicken sausage, 1 cup pasta 340

S: veggie soup, sf/ff cheesecake 165

S:nut chewy protein bar 200

1/6th triathlon, 1 load of laundry, 2 hours shopping

I have been meaning to ask you about the cheesecake.  Is this cheesecake that you made or is is cheesecake pudding?  It always sounds so good and I love cheesecake.

I love the strawberry Mio, yum.  I also like the quest chocolate brownie, but sometimes I will dump from it so I have to watch how much at any one time.  My iPad doesn't seem to want to cooperate tonight, I keep trying o reply to the newest post and the darn thing stalls, oh well, take a break and maybe it will work.  I love cold tea, no sugar, yet I don't like any tea flavoured drinks, weird.
