Good Morning Botts:
It is a beautiful, chilly morning here in my home town. I did not get my work out in yesterday. First day I have missed in 16 days. I was busy doing other things that I thought was more important than taking care of me....My eats and exercise for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Spaghetti and Garlic Toast
Snack: Quest Apple Bar
Dinner: Chicken Salad on Mini Rolls
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Sandwich
Exercise: Walk 2.5 miles in my neighborhood today.
My menu is a little carby today but I will be on the protein train better tomorrow. Have a blessed day and remember the vits and fluids.

It's been a while...been stressed out and pissed off with my new job. So, I've been taken it out by eatting a lot of the wrong things (pizza, stuffed pizza bread, fried Chicken, fried donuts from the asian take out) etc. I cleaned out the fridge about 2 hours ago, threw out all the left overs, threw out the cookies too while I was on the phone venting to my brother.
So lets keep it really today, my eats so far today:
PreBreakfast: Ice Coffee with 2 pieces of stuff pizza bread
Breakfast: Ice Coffee
Snack: Ice Coffee
Lunch which I just finished eating: 1 Cup of Grape Nut Cereal with Almond Milk
Snack: 2 Apples
Dinner: Protein Smoothie
Snack: Protein Drink
Work out: 30 minute work out with 10 minute workout...not really happy with it. I'll go back to playing Wii Tennis tomorrow. Cleaned my apartment and did three loads of laundry.
Still need to get some water in today!

busy studying and doing work, too much to do as always!
b: 2 scrambled eggs then walk dog 30 min and swimming 30 min
s: Greek yogurt with tsp honey, later a venti cappuccino at Starbucks (sadly addicted)
l: four mini meatballs in mushroom sauce, 2tbsp of sweet ppotatoes
s: 3 mini Swiss chocolates with coffee , then tea
s: 1 cup mini tomatoes, cucumber, 6 small black olives, 1/4 apple with tbsp peanut butter.
dinner will be chicken of some sort and broccoli
i'm starving today, I could snack all day, but I think it's mostly head hunger from studying. I find I want I snack when I study because truly, it's not exciting material and it's work related so it's like being at work on a dy off...bummer. I can relate to the others when I am po'd about work I have little control over my desire to eat so I really have to be vigilant and not let my emotions rule
