Hi all - Happy Friday!!

B - Adkins Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Protein Bar

S- Coffee with SF creamer

L- string cheese, veggies and lite italian dressing for dip

S - Adkins Advantage Protein Shake

D - 3 oz Onion Soup burger, small salad

Lots of water today to combat the sodium in the onion soup....have had alot already but more later today and after the meal.  AM Vitamins done, no planned exercise today (Zumba tomorrow morning) but plan to clean the house & do laundry - so that will help alot.  Not sure if I'l be on this weekend, but will try.  I've logged all my meals and snacks on myfitnesspal.com and printed them out to try to keep me on track.  I tend to slip up when I'm at home...so know I need to keep myself in control.  First time doing it this way and I hope it helps.  Tah Tah!!

1/6 triathlon

I am going to a musical tonight and eating at Subway beforehand.  I set a goal for myself to get to the gym for my 1/6th triathlon workout as many days as possible.  I am making that a priority above all else.  Hopefully I will complete 45 triathlons this year.  5/6ths so far.  It feels so wonderful and healthy to be in control of my eating this week.  I can feel the muscles building without being too terribly sore...there always is a little soreness because of past injuries and it is difficult to move an over 200 lb. body.  It is nothing that Tylenol can't handle though.  I sit in class all day tomorrow and the gym closes early so it will be a push.  I hope you all have a great healthy weekend.

Hi Tess

I sort of lost track of where the posts are lining up.  I hope you post this weekend Tess because they really challenge me to stay on track.  I can't afford to deviate from my 1600 calories because it is going to take me 2 years to reach my goal without cheating at all.  Have a great weekend.  Tri

Don't worry, I will be here this weekend.  You are doing so good.  If I can help you in any way just let me know.  Posting daily keeps me honest and on schedule too.  I am so glad that got back on the exercise wagon again.  It feels good to be back in control again.
