Good Morning Botts:
Welcome to Friday! I love the end of the week, it means that I can sleep in tomorrow and can be lazy if I want to. Yes, I love the end of the week! My eats and cardio for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Snack: Quest PB Supreme Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: My hubby is taking me out to my favorite restaurant for Mexican for Dinner, It will probably be a steak quesidilla
Snack: Low Cal Lemon Cake Cookies
Exercise: 2 1/2 mile walk around the neighborhood
Have a wonderful Friday and if I do not hear from you until Monday, have a wonderful weekend. Remember your vitamins and drink all those fluids.
Today I was feeling lighter so I weighed myself and I lost 11 lbs. Now I know that was mostly if not all water, but it needs to come off too. Right now I'm eating around 1200 calories and anywhere from 35 to 100grams of carbs a day and for right now it seems to be working. If I need to I'll adjust. It's taken me over two years but it feels like I'm gettin the hang of this.
My eats are:
B: egg in the basket
S: 2 oz. leftover roast beef
L: not sure, sis is suprising me
D: not sure, having dinner at another sister's, will log rest later
working on vites and water

Oh the sun is shining....you know that makes me a happy girl. I am truly a beach baby. Having said that I'm headed to the mountains this afternoon after work to see my oldest son and look at a piece of property there. I'm so excited I could just about eXpLoDe!!!!!
Wake Up: 1/2 a ham biscuit with my Moma
Breakfast: Scrambled egg
Lunch: Weigh****chers Frozen meal (I have no clue what flavor I grabbed from the freezer this morning)
Snack: Fruit & Yogurt (love the selections at WaWa when traveling!!)
Dinner: Uncertain BUT----planning on a grilled chicken salad cause I can order that at almost any restaurant.
Daily Meds are done and the first phase of the vitamins are in. Getting plenty of fluids in. I've always been a tea drinker so I bring a gallon of unsweetened decaf with me and keep in the office fridge. Good Stuff.
I know I won't be back on until Sunday night at the earliest. Hope yall all have a great weekend.
