Happy Valentine's Day Botts:
Ahh...the sweet smell of candy and flowers and candy, and more candy....Sorry, got off the path. I had a fantastic workout last night at the gym, I walked at 3.5 miles at a 7.5 incline and burned 355 calories in 45 minutes. Yay me!!!! My eats and exercise for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich 1/2
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: BBQ Chicken
Snack: Grapes
Exercise: 2 1/2 mile walk in my neighborhood. Temp is suppose to be around 60 degrees today.

Yesterday was another good day for me, 1200 cals. and under 50 carbs. I'm not weighing myself cause my face is still swollen and I don't want to be dissapointed with the # on the scale, but I am feeling better! Great job on the workout Tess, I'm impressed! My sister made a strawberry pie for after dinner and I am having a small potato with my steak so carbs will be higher but I'm not going crazy, Just a tiny taste of the pie. So my eats for today are:
B: egg in the basket made with protein bread
S: none
L: tuna salad with bell peppers
D: steak, potato w/sour cream, mixed veggies and a sliver of pie
Lots of water, 4 cups of coffee w/ff h&h
and my vitamins.

Off to a running start this morning. Lots of major stuff going on. We're in the midst of a custody dispute involving my boyfriend's 2 kids. We want them full-time. His daughter is having some major issues so she's having some psych testing done today...could use some prayers and positive thoughts sent this way.
Morning vitamins are in. Daily meds are done. Getting in some water and decaf tea so hydration shouldn't be an issue. Lots of walking to do today. Then dinner out this evening. (He's a sweetie)
Wake up: Breakfast Bar (realized I was out of protein bars----ughhh)
Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese on a roll (Boss bought us breakfast)
snack: Banana
Lunch: WW frozen dinner (turkey maybe?!)
snack: trail mix & 1/2 an apple
Dinner: Steak or seafood depending on where we go.

Okay...it's Thursday and it's been a busy week. I work fulltime for the Government and I run my own Lia Sophia Jewelry Business, so with fitting in working out 4-5 times a week, I am running pretty much non-stop! Really looking forward to the long 4 day weekend!
Today my diet is a little different - my office is having a potluck lunch today for Valentine's day - complete with homemake zummy stuff and the main thing is PIZZA (my fav) and also the normal cupcakes, cookies, chips and etc. I opted out on the potluck and will just eat at my desk and act like nothing is going on...but I know the smell of the pizza will just kill me. So, my treat for myself is to have some Korean Rice puffs with salsa, jalapeno string cheese and veggies and lite italian dressing for dipping. I normally have an Adkins shake, so I'm REALLY going wild today!! haha!
B - GNC protein shake & added CLICK today for some much needed caffeine.
S - coffee with CF creamer
L - Korean Rice Puffs (2), string cheese, veggies/dip
S - String Cheese
D - LF Chicken Enchilada (with low carb tortilla) This is my Valentine's day meal my Chef Husband is making me.
S - Nothing
My diet is normally 800-900 cals per day. Today is up higher - almost 1000, but it's better than eating Pizza! Lost another lb!
Water - on track, AM Vitamins - taken, Exercise after work - ZUMBA -Yeah!!
