Good Morning(ish)...the morning has flown by at work. I love it when we're busy. I'm headed back to the YMCA after work today just to walk in the pool for the better part of an hour. Aquafit felt good yesterday. I'm afraid to say it....BUT....I already feel better. I think the new vitamin regiment is making a difference. I certainly feel much more rested when I wake up. I also don't feel like I'm in quite as much of a funk as I was a few weeks ago. That could be a number of factors ---carb withdrawal, vitamin balance & the weather. Whatever the reason, I'll take it.
Getting my fluids in. So far I've got the D3, Citracal, 1 fish oil, mutlivitamin and my daily meds in.
Wake Up: Protein Bar
Commute: Coffee w/splenda and fv creamer
Breakfast: 1/2 Bagel w/ ff cream cheese
Lunch: Frozen Dinner (Weigh****chers Salisbury Steak - I think) & 1/2 an apple
snack: 1/2 an apple with peanut butter
Dinner: London Broil w/ steamed veggies
