I have such a hectic last couple of weeks that I have not posted regularly but I have worked hard to stay on track.
Today's eats
Breakfast - protein bar
lunch - chicken soup and green beans
snack - SF chocolate pudding with protein power
dinner - grilled fish and asparagus
I am loosing and will weigh in on Monday.
