Yesterday was a fair day. Didn't get in enough water or my last 10 min on bike. Will try harder today.
Meal Plan
B - scrambled eggs with cheese
S - hard boiled egg
L - Turkey patty with 1/4 avocado
S - few almonds
D - meatloaf and baked onions
S - Quest bar
Vitamins - always good
Water - working on getting more in - only about 40 oz yesterday
Exercise - 10 min on bike 3 x daily

Hello everyone!
I'm back after a hiatus and it feels great -- found my user name and password Doing 1,200 calories give or take, proteins & non-starchy veggies, using FitBit to up my steps. Need to work on increasing exercise. I want to lose 35 more pounds before hernia repair and possible tummy tuck in June.
I'm trying Zumba for the first time tonight. I'm little apprehensive but I'm going with a great friend who is also a newbie. We'll be at the back tripping, flailing and laughing together. Hopefully we won't hurt someone.
B - coffee with low-fat cream, scoop of protein powder with almond milk
L - 1/2 salad (spinach, pesto chicken, feta, tomato, onion, mushrooms, black olives, pepperoncini, lite balsamic vinaigrette)
S - cucumber salad, hard boiled egg
S- other 1/2 of salad pre-workout
D - meatloaf, broccoli
S - Quest brownie with tablespoon of peanut butter
