Back On Track Together

Good Morning Botts:
Fourth day exercising, Yay!!!! 5:30 AM sure does come early but I feel great afterwards. I blew my eats yesterday evening by grazing through the superbowl. Thank goodness this is the last food get together we have until Easter. Now I am completely focus on me. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Second Breakfast: PB Protein Shake
Snack: Pure Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Protein Shake
Snack: Grapes
Exercise: 2 mile walk on treadmill.
Have a great start to a new week. Remember your vits and fluids.
Thankful that Super Bowl weekend has come to a halt. Yesterday morning I stepped on the bathroom scales and they were down a pound. But today was the official weekly weigh in and the crazy things apparently malfunctioned over night because I was up nearly a pound and a half from last week. I'm fairly certain it was too much salt yesterday and not nearly enough fluids. Should correct itself without too much turmoil this week.
Commute: Small coffee with splenda and french vanilla creamer
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
snack: premeasured baggie of trail mix & string cheese
Lunch: Chili
snack: sugar free jello pudding
Dinner: Meatballs & Garden Salad
Exercise is going to be a 30 minute walk at lunch time (I always keep an extra set of tennis shoes and socks under my desk). I completely forgot my YMCA bag this morning. I was planning on Water Aerobics after work. Oh well the backup plan works. Depending on weather I can walk outside or in the building. Gotta do my vitamins in just a little while.
Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

Good morning Tess and BOTTers...
My weekly update:
Exercise: meh... I know i need to do more... and I love yoga but mornings are really tough... and at evening I am usually so full of gas that I am scared that I may "clean" the yoga room if I try to join them. Working on that... In a mean time I do a lot of walking and horizontal exercise with BF (he he he). Last Saturday I had a Birthday party for him in my house and I did a lot of cooking, cleaning and running around. And next weekend my renter is going to move out so I will have a lot of work with making the house rentable again... So I do get some exercise... even if that is chasing the cat around the house... (she needs lots of play when it is cold and she is stuck in the house all day)
Eats: doing mostly OK ... I had one day last week that all hell broke lose... and I ate a cake and cookies... I found that that I don't really dump anymore....(in a full dumping sense) but my RH was worse that ever... I felt so bad for over 24 hrs after and it took me a full 2 days of eating the proper diet to get my system back to normal.... That would teach me... no? At my BF birthday party I had the full spread: appetizers, full bar, comfort food for dinner (meatloaf, mash taters, and sides....) and of course lots of cake, cookies... etc... I ate only the stuff that in on my plan.... I had a smidgen (tip of a fork) taste of his white chocolate birthday cake (it was very good) and had probably 2 glasses of wine total (party was 5-11 pm) . I did really good. The Supper bowl party yesterday - I had some tabuli and chicken wings and no alcohol - so I know I did exceptionally well...
Today is left over from the party: (I will have that for a while - lol)
Eats today:
coffee+ coconut milk
smoked salmon+cream cheese+dill+tzatziki sauce = mix together for a dip like consistency together with cucumber/red pepper/dill cold salad..
cucumber/red pepper/dill cold salad+ cold cuts or sausage
protein shake
dinner: not sure... either we go out or we'll have home meal: veggies + meatloaf...
LNS: nuts of cheese
I will be eating meatloaf and veggies for this week... at least once a day... (though I make a very good RNY friendly meatloaf - that "normal" people love also..)
weight: ??? not sure. astL time I weigh I was at the top of my range (not too good) and I have not weigh i last few days.

I don't dump either. Sometime after a sugar binge, I get real sleepy and if my sugar gets to low, I get shaky but that is about it. But, you have mastered something that I can not seem to do, I can not eat leftovers. They are agreeable the first time but not ever the second time. I have often wondered why. I guess I just have a querky system. You did good on the consumption of wine. Hope you have a great week.
Snow, snow and more snow! At least the sun was shining today. I will go to the gym tonight for a mini tri workout again. (5 minutes each). How quickly I got out of shape. The gym is only 4 minutes from my house. I just walk and bike in my jeans and sweatshirt because I don't break a sweat in 10 minutes. It is so easy, but it's been months since I worked out until I restarted yesterday. When I get back to 15 minutes each I have to change into gym clothes. Then shower after I swim. The added benefit is that my bathroom stays cleaner. I hope everyone had a great day.
