Good Morning Botts:
I slept in a little while this morning and then I went to the gym. Second day and still on track. Yay!!! Remember, one day at a time is my motto! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee w/miralax
Second Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Bar
Lunch: Quest Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Taco Pie
Snack: Biscotti
Exercise: Walked 2 miles on the treadmill and burn 240 calories.
Have a wonderful Saturday and remember those vits and fluids. It is raining here today.....
Hi Tess and BOTTS,
Been a rough couple of days and I should still be working on my 10 paper due tonight by 11:59pm.
My eatting ben off because of stress these past few days, not dong to bad today.
PreBreakfast: 1/2 cup of Hi Lo Cereal and Almond Milk
Breakfast or early Lunch: was 1 egg with 2 pieces of turkey sausage and a whole gain waffle
Snack at 2 pm: Coffee and a Triple Chocolate Protein Bar
Dinner will be a severing of Lasagna
Snack will be a Fit and Lite Dannon yogurt.
No working out today...its all about finishing my paper. So, I better get going I will check in tomorrow plans to work out on the treadclimber in the morning! Next week I am going to get back to my old work schedule so I can get my 30 minute morning work out in...its been really hard to get it in and get out the door in the morning without rushing and forgetting my lunch twice last week.
Happy groundhogs day to everyone. We were out all day and I will try to remember everything I ate. Although it was frigid cold the sun was shining. Good times with good friends

been a busy week. I can't believe I haven't been able to post in almost a week. Went to my doctor's Monday to weigh in and I lost 8 pounds my first week on my new food plan. I also had a bone density test and they were durprised and happy that my bones are normal.
she said it is rare to find someone my age (65) with bones in as good a shape as mine are. YAY.
also learned that I can not eat or take calcium within 4 hours of my thyroid meds. My meds were also increased a little. As a result of the new guidelines and the new dose I feel so much better.
I have been traveling since Tuesday but still sticking to my food plan with the exception of a taste of a couple of dishes I can only get in cajun country.( south Louisiana). I will be happy with a loss of 2 or 3 pounds this week. Next week I expect I will have no more fluid to lose and I'll be lucky to loose a couple of pounds a week.
I won't give my food intake since it has been so many days but hopefully I be home late tomorrow and back to posting every day.
