I am on my way to work out and get my walk in but decided to go ahead and post today's eats:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Second Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Quest PB Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Club Sandwich
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Super Bowl Party - Cheeseburger Sliders & Dip & Chips
Snack: Rice Krispy Bar
Exercise: 2 mile walk on the treadmill

Good morning Tess and Botter's. I still have been doing ok with my eats just haven't started back exercising yet, that will start today! I went to a hormone specialist last week and he is going to be doing some blood tests and saliva test to find out why I feel so "out of whack" It will be a few weeks before I know anything, he suspects my adrenal glands. I pray everything turns out ok. My eats for today are:
B: Light n' fit yogurt.
S: protein bar
L: string cheese w/almonds possibly 1/2 a grape fruit
S: sunflower seeds and 1/2 apple w/pb
D: chicken breast w/ cucumbers
S: sf choc pudding.

Well, it been a quiet day for today. I did nothing at all today.
My eats:
PreBreakfast: Coffee, Coffee
Breakfast: 1 large egg, 2 turkey breakfast sausage link, a whole grain waffle plain
Snack/lunch: Bowl of Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Snack: Atkins Protein Bar and Coffee
Dinner: Slow Roast Cajun Pork 3 oz and 1/4 of Cooked White Rice with Peas
Snack: Dannon Fit Yogurt
