Scale Moving Down
I have been trying to stay on track after my weight creeped up 15lbs. Weighed myself today & the scale is slowly moving down!! Yea finally! I started trying to get control of my food intake which was almost like going through detox. In the past week, i started exercising & love the post exercise feeling. Praying for the ability to stay on track
I started back to the gym this week as well. My workout is so short and easy right now I should not even call it a workout. I just walk, bike and swim 5 minutes each. Very gradually I will build it up. I feel so much better about myself when I get my butt down to the gym though. You are smart to catch it at 15 lbs. Tri
