We had severe storms down our way last night. No one hurt thank goodness. Trees are down and a few leaking roofs but we are all good in Mississippi where I live. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Meatloaf and green beans
Snack: Hi Lo Cereal w/1% milk

The carb monster is screaming my name this morning. I've caught myself going towards the break room several times already this morning simply because I know there are muffins back there. I'm not hungry. It's all in my head. I realized on one trip I had fixed another cup of coffee. I don't need more coffee - I've switched out for water. I've brewed some decaf tea for later - it's in the fridge cooling. I've got to get ahold of this.
I've taken my vitamins. I'm working on the fluids. I'm going to try and stick to the plan for today.
Commute: Coffee with splenda & ff french vanilla creamer
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with a little cheese
Lunch: Chef Salad with some french dressing
snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: Hamburger (grilled with onions, lettuce & tomatoes) on bun

Just curious. What time do you eat dinner? I usually eat it around 6:00 PM and then I have to have a snack around 8:00 PM to tie me over until morning. If I eat every two and half to 3 hours, I usually do okay but I can not do longer stretches without looking for something to eat unplanned.
I was having meatloaf for dinner but the wind is howling outside and the temperature is dropping so I think I am changing to Chili instead. Have a good one.
We usually have dinner around 7. I have a new twist I'm trying as far as not going so long between my meals. I'm eating half of my planned meal and then about 2 to 3 hours later eating the rest of it...except for dinner. Today it's worked fairly well. I think I'll throw either chili or beans in the crock pot tomorrow. It's still nice here (high 60's) but breezy. Tomorrow is supposed to be 20+ degrees lower.

Good morning Tess and Botts:
It's much, much warmer in CT today. Temperatures will be about 53.
I weighed in this morning at 175.0. Crazy fluctuations!! Not stressing about it though, clothes are
fitting looser and people are telling me I look like I'm loosing more weight!
Anywho My eats for today are:
PRE-BREAKFAST: COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEE (for some reason today, I feel like drinking coffee all day)
IN BETWEEN: WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER AND VITAMINS
BREAKFAST: Oatmeal with cinnamon, 1 Splenda, and about 1/2 cup of 2% milk
LUNCH: Salad greens w/baby spinach, shredded cheddar cheese (about 1/4 cup), red bell peppers, slices of red onion, with Honey French dressing (Paul Newman's)
DINNER: Meatloaf, and probably more BEANS!!! I love BEANS!!
