It is going to be a lovely Sunday here weather wise in the 60's. I am going to take a long walk today around my neighborhood. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Dinner: Cereal & Milk
Snack: Vitatop

9:00 a few pecan if hungry
Tomorrow I see my doctor. Anxious to see what I have lost this week. My clothes are looser but I am not weighing at home so I don't know pounds lost.

Well, another busy weekend.
Up and out of my apartment this morning at 7:45am walked to Target in the Bronx from my place 35 minutes door to door, cold morning 22 degrees but I zig and zag to stay in the sun.
Cleaned my apartment so I added to my overall work out today. Took a nap around 1pm, I got up and starting prepping for the week. I purchased some Perdue Short Cuts Friday put 2 in the freezer, used 1/2 a package of Roasted Chicken add a boiled egg, and small piece of roasted pepper and onions and made Chicken Salad for Monday. Made a batch (20) Ground Chicken Taco Empanadas with Black Beans. I cooked off 6 (2 with a salad for dinner and the others during the week). Because of the calc count each shell is 120 and 3 proteins so I can only have two per meal. I purchased some Progressive Soups and Campbell Soups to break up my week. I was surprised that the calc on the campbell chucky soups manageable and all of the Progressive under 110 calc a serving.
So my eats for the day:
Breakfast: Coffee
Snack: none
Lunch: Coffee, Protein Bar - Balance
Snack: Coffee
Dinner will be: 2 Ground Chicken & Black Bean Taco seasoned Empanadas with a small green salad with Tomato
Snack: Blue Bunny Ice Cream Sandwich
Water: only 12 oz so far.
Workout: Walking, Walking, Walking
