Morning Botts:

 

Going to be a lazy day today.  My eats for today are:

 

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Quest Peanut Butter Bar

Lunch:  1/2 Turkey Sandwich

Snack:  Vitatop

Dinner:  Beef Tostado

Snack:  Protein Shake

Coffee, coffee, coffee made w/1 rawsugar and splash of whole milk per cup

BREAKFAST: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon, 1 Raw sugar packet, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. of butter

LUNCH: Dont know yet

WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER

DiNNER: Don't know yet

I am late posting, spent the day on the boardwalk in Kema.  78 degrees and a light breeze.  Was a good day.

My eats were

9:00          protein drink

12: 00       protein  bar  one small bite of fried catfish

3:00           Tomato basil soup

6:00          protein drink

 

I stayed on track even at lunch when everyone else was eating fried onion strings with jalapenos, shrimp poboys, and fried catfish.  Did not feel deprived.

Evening BOTTS!

Ok, the week was out of control.  I am so glad there are no more holidays (short work weeks) till 02/28.  My eatting has been off and sometimes out of control with the shorten work week, put in 10 hour days last week.  Spent today running round (walked) every aisle in target this morning.  Been out of my apartment since 7:45 am and finally sat done at 4pm (been on the move all day).  I am tried and now both knees hurt.  It's cold here but its good walking weather in the right coat and about a inch of snow on the ground.

Weighted in and I am up again (220.2#).  I finally broke down and purchased 2 pair of pants in a bigger size to get me over the hump.  And a size bigger in my tights (Thank GOD) for the end of the season sales. I did purchase a spring rain and shine coat in my goal size/plus size 12. 

Purchased all of the right foods for week (fish, veggies, fruit, shrimp, and dannon light & fit yogurts) since I am back to a normal schedule I can take a hour lunch and depending on the weather I am going to start doing what the others do at lunch, leave the office to walk 30 to 45 minutes.  They do it to just get out of the office but I am going to do it to get in some execise and I will be leaving the office at 4pm all of next week so I can get in my evening workouts again.

Tomorrow is a new day!  Good night BOTTS, I will be checking in tomorrow!

Hang in there!  It is the bumps in the road that make us get on the right road.  Sometimes we have to ride them several times until we realize there is a better way.  Chat with you later.
