Something wrong with me

I have been having relationship issues since Sunday.  And I've eaten next to nothing.  For example, yesterday was only 665 calories and 57protein.

I like that I'm losing weight, but these few calories are scaring me.

What can I do to "force" myself to eat?  I eat, then I feel sick to my stomach. Which puts me off eating again.

*sigh* Maybe once I get over it, I'll be able to eat again. But for now, I just don't know.

Thanks for any advice, if you have any ideas....

Sorry to hear about problems. I'm the opposite as I tend to be a stress eater. I can only suggest that you turn to protein shakes to make sure you're getting in those essential nutrients. After that remember the old adage that "time heals all wounds". Your body will let you know what it needs.

I agree with Kilmaric.  Try to drink your protein until you feel like eating.  Personal issues can get us all down and how we handle them is a personal choice.  Take care and know that this to shall pass...

I agree with the protein shakes.  Try the newbie mantra.....sip sip sip.  Maybe just a few sips at a time will go down easier.

Good luck.

This is the third day of my get back on track agenda.  so far so good.  I am only weighing weekly so I'll know on Monday how successful I am.  I know I know the scale is not the holy grail but we all fall prey to it.
