Hi Jocelyn:

 

I am so sorry that you are down.  Don't worry to much about your calories as long as you keep your protein up above 70 grams then you will be just fine.  On most supervised diets by doctors like medifast, calories are usually around 500-600 calories a day.  Hope your day is a little brighter tomorrow.
