Blessed Sunday Morning Botts:
I had a real good day food wise yesterday until about 9:00 pm and got the munchies. My family had game night and we played monopoly until 1:30 AM. Needless to say, I ate chips and hershey kisses. My Bad! On well, I enjoyed being with my family. I plan on doing much better today. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: S.F. Vanilla Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Chili
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Dinner: Chili
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise is a walk around the neighborhood. Dog sitting one more day.. Have a great Sunday!
I'm not eating enough the last few days. I'm talking like 500 calories.... Relationship issues and I'm stressed out. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who don't eat when they're stressed. I'm just not hungry. But I KNOW I have to manage to eat more than this:
B: Shake
L: 1 cup Progresso Light- Beef Pot Roast
D: 1oz beef jerky
S: one cookie and 2 choc covered cherries.
Evening BOTTS,
Well Tess at least your day started and came close to ending well. I was a HOT MESS yesterday and I weighted this evening and I am up 3 pounds since last Sunday. I know its all to my eating last week. Since, I have the day off for the holiday tomorrow I started a detox this evening and will follow it for the next 2 days and come Tuesday back to the protein, protein, protein.
I fell off but I quickly got back on....I could not pass up the jelly beans!
However, I've been walking over the pass few days because the weather has being in the low 50's for the past few days but temp will drop in to the 20's starting tomorrow.
I've done my meal plan for the week and I will cook up a few thing tomorrow because of the holiday I be working longer hours this week so, if you don't hear from me till Friday you know why.
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
Lunch for the week will be as of Tuesday: Tandoori Grilled Chicken with Cucumber Salad, Gordon Salmon with side salad, Turkey Burger and side salad or a Tomato and Cucumber salad
Snacks will be Protein Bars: Atkins or Balance or a Protein Pancake with Fruit (Strawberry or Blueberries)
Dinner depending on the time: a bowl of Hi Lo Cereal with Vanilla Almond Milk, Gordon Fish and something simple (steamed green beans with Mushrooms, Sweet Potato Oven Fries)
Work out in the morning a quick 30 minutes with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Phase One: Cardio One; Evening work out maybe the Wii Active Tennis for 30 minutes, 30 minutes with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Phase One: Phase One Workout, or finally do 15 minutes on the Tread Climber to finally get the hang of it (brought it in October as a birthday present to myself in November) used it once.
So, BOTTS have a good night and I'll be checking in!
