Back On Track Together
Monday, January 21th, Cardio & Cafe
Good Morning
I am new here. I just found you and thankfully so. I had my surgery in 2006. I never made it to goal. I missed by about 15-20 pounds but was grateful for the 100 pounds I lost. since then I have been up and down but always able to get back where I was. I have had a very emotional year and now have more to loose than ever to get back to my original loss. I have made and appointment with a new doctor for this afternoon and will be seeking help to get back on track. I will rely on him to tell me how many calories I need to eat and how to approach this new challenge. I will post tomorrow my food choices etc once I have met with him.
Thanks for being here
Linda
I was one of those people with the day off but I paid it forward. I went and exercise! I went in the afternoon and did 45 minutes of Intense Aqua Kickboxing, 45 minutes of swimming laps at moderate pace and then 45 minutes in the sauna. I went back late tonight and completed 60 minutes of Aqua Zumba. I really enjoyed it and regular exercise is a part of my plan despite the fact that the scale isn't moving.
Anyone have any suggestions? I am 16 months out and closing at nearly 150 lb weight loss. However, the scale hasn't moved in a couple of months. I eat 600-800 calories a day, 50-60 net grams of carbs and 30-45 grams of fat per day. I tried to add more calories but find it impossible to eat and stay within the carbs & fat. I drink 10-12 cups of water average per day and a minimum of 80 grams protein a day but some days 100 or more grams of protein.
Any help is greatly appreciated :o).
