Good Morning Botts:

 

Late start this morning but I did get some sleep last night.  I feel much better today.  Today I am dog sitting for my boss while he and his wife are out of town.  I love this dog.  He spends the work day with me each day.  He is seventeen years old and a wonder lab/collier mix.  My eats and exercise for today are:

 

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar

Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Vitatop

Dinner:  Chili and waffle corn bread

Snack:  1 small slice coconut pie

 

Exercise:  Walking

Hi Tess and Botts,

Dogs are wonderful aren't they?! My Lola (that's her in the pic) is definately not the best behaved but I love her anyway. My eats for today so far:

B-1/2 panera's bagel and 1/2 gouda soufle
L-McD's steak and egg burrito w/ hot sauce
S-pepperoni and cheese w/ 5 rits
D- cup of chicken noodle
S- puddin shake if i need
and coffees

Yes ma'am they are.  I have had this dog in my life for 5 years and he feels like he is mine.  He will be 18 in June.  Don't know what we all are going to do when he go to that doggie heaven in the sky.
