Hey BOTTS, evening.
Tess sorry to hear you had a bad night. You do have weekend to recover.
I rolled over a few time but slept the whole. And I needed it I was on the run again today at work, plus it was a short day, I clocked to many hours during the early part of the week and over time is not allowed. So, I went shoe shoe shopping from 3pm to 6pm. I hit the sale at Aerosole 4 blocks from the office on West 34th and headed uptown to Harlem where I know they carry more size tens. I made out with 8 pair of shoes and just order four online because no one had my size in the store. So, not a bad day.
Well my eats for the day, crazy off.
Breakfast: A egg and Turkey Sausage on a Roll.
Snack: None
Lunch: Balance Protein Bar with Coffee (coffee after)
Snack None
Dinner: Grab a Fish Sandwich at my local chicken place and a Orange & Pineapple Juice
Just had a ice coffee. No water today at all.
I am looking forward to the weekend to get me back in gear. Plans are to walk in the morning and do an evening workout of Wii Tennis and study, We have a long weekend because of the holiday on Monday.
