Happy Thursday Botters:
We had snow flurries last night but the most snow was well below us. Thank you Lord. I forgot to let you know that this week I maintained and did not lose any weight. Still holding at 157. The weather man promised some sunshine today and I am so looking forward to it. My eats and cardio for today are:
Breakfast: S.F. French Vanilla Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Chili
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: 30 minutes on Treadmill

I am going to add the 2s to the Biggest Loser "playing card workout". That will bring it up to 6 push ups, crunches, burpees and squats. (see yesterday)

S: turkey cheese roll up and spinach salad 120
L: turkey, reduced fat Swiss cheese, sandwich thin 200

S: veggie soup and shrimp 100
D: boneless skinless chicken thigh, whole wheat pasta, light spaghetti sauce 350
S: chocolate protein drink and Nature valley peanut protein bar 320

Good Morning!!!! We're having some EXTREME miserable weather here on the NC coast today. Sunshine is coming this weekend (but cold temps!!).
Commute: Chocolate Protein Shake made with FF Lactaid
Snack #1: Coffee w/ splenda & French vanilla creamer
Snack #2: Scrambled Egg w/ cheese and salsa
Lunch: Chicken Salad & Tossed Salad w/ multi-grain crackers
Snack #3: Popcorn
Dinner: Pinto Beans (cooking all day in the crockpot - I love knowing dinner is done when I get home!!!)
Dessert: Orange
I'm feeling good about my eating plan today. Switched it up a little to have protein before I indulged my coffee addiction. Vitamins are in. A jug of Decaf tea is waiting for me in the fridge. I'm finding it works well to bring a half gallon jug to work with me every day and try and drink it all down while I'm here. Knee pain is subsiding----I'm feeling good about this. Thanks so much for listening to me whine the past few days....I think muscle man's swift kick in the arse was just what I needed.

Your welcome, any time I can provide muscle man for you just let me know. Your eats for today look really good. I understand about the coffee. I went three days without a cup this week and I am telling you, I was a BEAR! Even my boss comment that he thought it was PMS...I had my coffee this morning and I going to have my quest bar at 10:00. Can't wait. Jackson, Mississippi got two to three inches of snow last night and I think it is heading your way. Stay warm.
Good morning and Happy Thursday Tess and Botts,
I weighed in this morning at 176.6, yesterday was 176.2. Oh well, such as it is. I'll still accept it and continue on. I did deviate a little yesterday from my plan. I had about 13 small pretzels with peanut butter, and later i ate grits for dinner, and had popcorn. It could be the salt too, plus I feel like I'm getting my period (haven't had it in a couple months).
Anyway, I'm feeling slightly stressed today, and I realize I need to pray right after I post this. Here's my eats for the day:
Pre-Breakfast: coffee, coffee, coffee (w/1 pkt. of raw sugar and 2% milk)
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/1 Splenda and 1/4 cup of 2% milk
Water flavored w/Hawaiin Punch sugar free stick
Snack: Peanut Butter
Lunch: Cheese (pre-sliced) about 7 w/honey ham (about 2 oz.) 5 baby carrots

Snack: Pear - small(the same pear I've been trying to eat all week long)
Dinner: Will be iffy because I have choir rehearsal tonight and it's usually toppings off 2 slices of pizza or a Doritos Taco from Taco Bell.
Trying to increase my water intake today. I conscious of the fact that I need to have more.

I am sure the pretzels made you retain fluid. It happens to me every time I eat pretzels and I hate to say it but popcorn too. I will not weigh the next morning after eating something salty because it will depress me even though I know what it is. So if you eat salty, don't weigh the next day. Do try to increase your fluids, it will help to flush that salt out of your system. Have a great day!
