Happy Hump Day Botts:

 

Well, we got icy rain all yesterday and into the night.  School is out today and I am going to slide into work. ugh!  My eats today are:

 

Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese Toast

Snack:  Apple

Lunch:  Boiled Egg & Crackers

Snack:  1/2 Banana

Dinner:  Tuna Salad

Snack:  S.F. ice cream

 

I will be so glad when my protein bars come in.  Have a great day, take your vits, drink your fluids and stay warm!

Morning Tess and Botts,

Feeling better today, going to try and stay off the scales for a while and concentate on staying on track. Went to Snap and got by 20minute bike ride in. I'm sure there will be another whine and cheese party Tess, you're on you bring the cheese! It's 37 in PA but feels even colder. I'm getting my seed catalogues out and start dreaming of spring. My eats are:

B-egg in the basket
S-2 hard boild eggs
L-1/2 grilled chees and salad w/ff italian
S-protein shake
D-not sure yet, going grocery shopping
S-maybe popcorn, but one of those 100 calorie packs if I do
plus coffees w ffh&h, water and decaf iced tea

I'm fighting the ho-hum gloomies....general lack of motivation. What I need is a good swift kick in the arse and I'll be back to my normal self. I guess that would be a re-boot for humans. It's got to be this gray, miserable weather. I'll find my sunny disposition before long. I have way too much to be thankful for to stay down for long.  

Vitamins are done for the day. Water is my best friend today (I'm thirstier than normal).


Commute:           Coffee with Splenda & FF French vanilla

Breakfast:            Sausage McMuffin (should have said no to the freebie from a co-worker)

Snack:                  Golden Delicious Apple & String Cheese  (trading lunch times with another co-worker so I go late today)

Lunch:                   Salad w/ FF French dressing  & Lean Cuisine

Snack:                   Small Orange

Dinner:                   Pork Roast (leftovers) & Salad

Good Morning Botts! I am trying to get back in the game here. I had a job interview yesterday with an OB/GYN and I got the job which makes me very happy! My eats for today will be:

B: EAS shake

S: boiled egg with string cheese

L: Salad w/nuts

S: SF jello

D: Chicken breast w/veggies

S: only if needed an EAS shake

B - 3 mini homemade egg bites, 3 slices of pillars lean ham and 1.5 oz of cheddar 20g of protein & coffee 325 cal.

s - Premier protein shake 30g of protein 160 cal

L - 3 egg bites 1T salsa 1tsp parm cheese 3g of protein 170 cal

s - cucumber with homemade hummus 5g of protein 100 cal

S - 1/2 c  greek yogurt and mixed berries 12g of protein 100 cal

s - oh yeah bar 15g of protein 190 cal

Good afternoon Tess and Botts:

Awoke this morning to snow, freezing rain and lots of slippery-sliding!   I love it! indecision

Weighed in this morning at 176.2 from 176.6. So all is well there. I ate pinto beans for dinner last night. I didn't eat the 1/4 of pork chop or cabbage like I stated. Trust me, the beans alone were enough. Sometimes the meat takes up too much room in my stomach, so it feels good to be able to get in some volume with the beans and veggies. Beans have a lot of protein too!

Todays eats are:

Pre breakfast: 3 cups of coffee w/1 pkt each of raw sugar and 2% milk (added protein)

                           1/2 cup of 2% milk - protein

Breakfast: 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter (tummy wasn't feeling the usual 2 - 3 tbsp)

Water flavored with sugar-free pkt of Hawaiin punch

Lunch: 6 to 7 slices of cheddar cheese (cracker cuts)

             5 raw baby carrots (nice and sweet and crunchy)

              2 oz. of thinly sliced honey ham

Water flavored with Hawaiin punch pkt.

Snack: Orange or pear (didn't eat pear yesterday) w/peanut butter (just a tsp or tbsp)

Dinner: Grits with cheese or ........(I'll let you know in the morning, not sure about this one)

Snack: 1 cup of milk (Protein)
