Evening BOTTS!
I was just about to do the happy dance that I have stayed on point all day today than I remember I had a single serving size of Fritos! (Man....I was doing so good until I was asked to wor****il 5:30pm to review a project outline).
So here was today:
Breakfast: Protein Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Protein Bar - Balance Bar/Mocha Chip
Lunch: 3 oz of baked Salmon and 1/2 of a Baked Sweet Potato
Snack: Protein Bar - Atkins/Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar
Snack 2 - Fritos Corn Chips
Dinner: Not really hungry so I may gave a 1/2 cup of Hi Lo Cereal - Vanilla Almond with 1/4 cup of Almond Milk.
Well, tomorrow is another day!
