Why do I feel so helpless??
Sometimes what you really need is a safe place to whine and vent...throw a little tantrum even. You might even need a good soul rinsing cry. After you've had the mandatory pity party it's time to put one foot in front of the other and get down to business. You know from your own past what works for you and what doesn't. Pick one thing and make that change - NOW. (ie. cut out junk food if that's a weakness - purge your desk drawers and office hiding places of it...rid the pantry at home of those triggers ----now replace them with healthy alternatives) Next week make another small change. All those small steps pay off in the long run.
