Hello! I"m so glad I found this group. It keeps me accountable. Plus, I haven't been on OH in a LONNNNGG time. It's time I got back on here for support.
B: RTD choc protein shake
L: 1/2c cottage cheese, can tuna w/ 1/2T of mayo, SF pudding, SF jello
D: 1oz beef jerky, 1 Gorton's Tilapia filet (garlic and butter)
Per MyFitnessPal: 605Cal, 87g protein, 19 net carbs
So far this month, I think I have lost about 5 pounds.
Evening BOTTS!
Well, it was a nice day here in NYC today.
I had to get an early start this morning was in the office actually at 7am. Had in INR doctor appointment today my reading was a little high but nothing to really worry about because they have had me on DayQuil and NightQuil to fight this virus for two weeks. I just have the cough now which should clear up in another week and he has me taken 10 ml of Delsym before bed which really works.
My eats have been off today I left for my doctors appointment and left my smoothie on my desk so I lost out on 52 proteins today. A co-worker ran out and got me a bagel so I had a plain bagel and a cup of coffee for a late breakfast and only my lunch which was 3 oz of a lamb shoulder chop and a roasted sweet potato around 3pm.
Dinner will be 1/2 cup of Hi Lo Cereal with Almond Milk before bed. I am not actually hungry just had a ice coffee.
So, tomorrow is another day. Good night BOTTS, time to do homework!
