Slept in for a little while this morning. Going to be a wet weekend here. My eats and exercise for today are:
Breakfast: S.F. Vanilla Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Hi Lo Cereal w/1% milk
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Grilled Chicken
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Exercise: Walking

Oh, its the weekend. I slept in as well (7 am). It rained over night but is a good day for a walk. And I have to hit the books I have paper due today by 11:59pm and I haven't even started drafting it. so, today eats will be:
Breakfast: ½ cup of Hi Lo Cereal (Vanilla Almond) and ¼ cup of Almond Milk
Snack: None
Lunch: 2 pieces of Grilled Chicken (Wing & Leg) and ½ of a Biscuit
Snack: ½ cup of Trail Mix
Dinner: 4oz Steamed Salmon and a Tomato & Cucumber Salad (1 cup)
Snack: If I need it: Protein Pancake with Fresh Strawberries
Exercise: Choose to walk this morning today (2 hours in total today) to get my errands done today
