Good Morning Folks:

I am running a little behind this morning.  Had to dig out my summer clothes for our 71 degree day.  Is this weather wild or what?  My eats and cardio for today are:

Breakfast:  S.F. French Vanilla Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Brownie Quest Bar

Lunch:  Brownie Quest Bar

Snack:  Deep Chocolate Vitatop

Dinner:  6" steak and cheese subway sandwich

Snack:  Probably the rest of my 6" sub from dinner

Exercise:  My husband and I plan on having a Wii exercise night.  I plan to kick his butt in tennis and boxing.

Have a wonderful Friday, full of grace, remember your vits, fluids and your smiles.

Hi Tess and Botts,

Today it's pouring out but that's okay, better than snow! I'll be
able to go grocery shopping next week so in the meantime using
up what I have. My plan for today is:

B- 2 strips bacon, 1 egg, 1/2 english muffin w/T cream cheese

Snack-banana & one of those little soft peppermints

L-pork chop,1/2 slice of cranberries and 1/2 c. leftover spaghetti

D-turkey casserole at my sister's & maybe a sliver of pumkin pie

Have a good day all

I think I can deal with anything but snow too.  Have a great day!

A wii night sounds like fun. I haven't thought about using in ours in a long time. I think you may have inspired a weekend activity. Today is our casual day at work and I actually like how my jeans fit today. I don't feel like I was poured into them like I was just prior to the Holidays. I'll take that as a good sign that I'm on track.

Commute:     Click protein shake with FF Lactaid

Breakfast :      McD's sausage burrito

Lunch:             Fish Taco (used a Gordon's Frozen Salmon filet / salsa & flat out wrap)

Snack:             Chocolate coffee with Splenda & ff half and half

Dinner:            Corned beef hash  (high in carbs - I know !!!)

Vitamins are in and well on my way to getting all of my water in for the day.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

Sounds good.  Have you tried the Gordon's Taipia (sp) fish filets?  I was wondering if they were any good.

I like the tilapia better then the salmon. I keep them in the freezer for a quick meal of fish tacos. Great high protein, low fat meal option.
