Evening BOTTS,
Well I eat like crapp today. Still a little under the weather and classes started today so I am a little out of sink. Tomorrow is another day. I did do some prep work (meal prep) for the rest of the week...I am making Jerk Chicken Tights for dinner on Tuesday and a Butter Chicken (Indian) dish for Wednesday. Throwing it all into the slow cooker in the morning. I purchased this great dual slow cooker off of HSN a few months ago by Wolfgang Puck - Gourmet Versa Cooker, so I can slow cook two different dishes at the same time. And I'll just have to steam off some veggies or throw together a salad of basic greens.
I just happen to turn into the Biggest Loser yesterday and it has motivate me to get my butt into gear. I do miss my morning work outs I can't wait till I get over this virus. And I will take the single dollars out of my wallet so I won't have a reason to hit the vending machine at work.

Pre-Breakfast: ½ cup of HiLo Cereal, Vanilla Almond and ¼ cup of Almond Milk
Breakfast: Protein Smoothie using V8 Diet Splash with Miralax
Snack:
Lunch: Chicken and Pasta Soup & Bag of Sun Chips
(The protein soup mix I order also from MyBariatricPantry.com)
Snack: Twizzlers
Dinner: ½ cup of HiLo Cereal, Vanilla Almond and ¼ cup of Almond Milk
Snack: Balance Protein Bar – Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch
Calories: 1320
Protein: 110
Water: 2 daily, 8 oz of Lemon & Honey Drink
Exercise: None
If you fall pick yourself up and just start over again, that's what I am doing tomorrow.
