Saturday, January 5th, Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning Botts:

 

Well we made it through the night fine with my son and his wisdom teeth surgery.  Looks like it is going to be a warmer day also.  We might see 50 degrees today.  Yay!  My eats and cardio today are:

 

Breakfast:  S.F. French Vanilla Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar

Dinner:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Chocolate Vitatop

Dinner:  Baked Potato Soup

Snack:  S.F. Chocolate Pudding

 

Cardio:  Walking 35 minutes on treadmill

 

Have a wonderful day, remember your vitamins, eat and drink well. broken heart

Hi Tess, I am glad your son is doing good.

I am still struggling to be back on track BUT I will not give-up... Today I think I am going to do mostly protein shakes just to get my head straight. Sometimes I find food choices over whelming and that's what gets me...

 

B: Coffee

S: EAS protein shake

L: Eas protein shake

S:protein shake

D: protein shake

Lots of water and coffee w/out the creamer...

Some times it is easier for me to do all protein bars/shakes too.  It takes the thinking out of the way.  I am a firm believer in doing whatever works for you.  Don't give up.  Every day is a new start.

Hi Tess and Botts,

Tess, glad your son is doing well, I know how painful that
surgery can be.
Today I did terrible, don't know why I'm even fessing up
but here goes

B- bacon, 2 eggs, homefries & 2 slices toast
Snack-1/3 of leftover quesadilla

L-bean and ham soup and saltines

D. kelbasa on slice of bread w/fried potatoes and peas

Snack-3 little peppermint puff candies
peanut butter and banana sandwich

5 coffees with ff half and half

It is harder to confess than it is to forgive yourself.  I am proud of you.  So it was an off day.  It is over.  New day starts tomorrow.  Take baby steps and change one meal a day until you have control over the whole day.  Keep trying, you can do it.
