Happy Friday Botts:

 

Got to be quick this morning.  I am taking my son to the oral surgeon to get his wisdom teeth removed this morning.  Fun, fun... My eats and cardio for today are:

 

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Pure Protein Bar

Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar

Snack:  Vitatop

Dinner:  Chili

Snack:  Vitatop

 

Cardio:  Walking

Morning Tess and Fellow Botts,

Yesterday I went way off my plan. Did good until after
dinner then not so good. I saw a story on GMA on how
not getting enough sleep can make you overeat later
in the day so I'm going to give up the late night tv and
see if that helps. That and eat better& no more goodies Hope your son has a quick recovoryTess!

My eats for the day:

B-lite and fit greek yogurt
3 little egg, eggwhit, ham, pepper and onion muffins

L-1 cup homemad ham and bean soup

D-chicken,pepper, onion, cheese quesadilla

going to try not to snack but will probobly have lots of coffee
I've had 3 so far

My son had 4 wisdom teeth cut out this morning.  So far, he seems to  be doing really good.  Of course, he is on good pain meds.  I try to go to bed at 9:00 PM every night.  That takes care of no late snacking and it helps me get up early in the morning and get going as well.  Good luck on getting to bed early.
