Good Morning Botts:
It is very cold this morning and I think my heat is not working in my house. The temperature was at 56 degrees inside my house. Wow! I had a great workout yesterday with cardio and with strength training but I am feeling it in my legs and upper arms. I hope I don't have to fight anyone today. My eats and cardio for today are:
Breakfast: S.F. Vanilla Coffee with Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Snack: Cheese Stick
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: 40 minute walk on treadmill tonight at gym.

Good Morning! I totally failed myself yesterday, I could not stop snacking and it wasn't good snacks either! But I ma trying to be here and be consistent to and for myself so today's eats.
B :light N fit yogurt
S: atkins protein bar
L: protein shake
S: string cheese
D: tuna salad in a lettuce wrap.
S: only if I feel I need it~Protein shake
I felt awful last night when I went to bed.
That okay. That day is gone and you are starting new today. Some times it is hard to make it work all day. You may need to start slow and tell yourself that I will be good so many hours today, then tomorrow add to the hours until you can make it through the entire day. If you slip up don't let it ruin the rest of your day. Just start fresh again that same day. It will work. I been there and tried it. Good luck today.
