Good Morning my Friends:
It is a very chilly start to the morning at 25 degrees this morning. I did really great yesterday on getting BOTT. I go back to work this morning so I hope to have another good day on this day too. My eats and cardio for today are:
Breakfast: S.F. Vanilla Coffee with Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: Grill Chicken
Snack: S.F. Hot Chocolate
Exercise: Plan to walk at the gym for about 1 hour this evening.

I may update once a week. I am doing OK. I finally got my RH under control. I gave up most starches and most fruits. Also low fat dairy products and just milk. As a result - I can eat when I want to - and no longer have low BS. I can even exercise and maintain normal BS.
I eat nuts, meats, cheese and veggies. My protein drinks need to have fat 4-5 gr for every 20-30 gr of proteins (no fat or very low fat protein shakes may cause low BS in my body). A small price to pay not to have low BS. I can sleep all night and function with no food for 10-14 hrs if needed. I get hungry so I didn't try any longer, but I m sure - if I had to - I could.
I would like to lose 10-15 lbs, but it is low priority. I may - or may not do that. I know that I would like to get fit, and do yoga regularly. That is my goal this year.

It's really cold here too, is it too early to wish for
spring? Probably so. Here's my eats for the day
B-light and fit greek yogurt
Snk-apple
L-salad, chicken, cheese and ranch dr.
D-2 oz keilbasa w 4 mini perogies and 1/4 c kraut & 1/4 c veg
S-cheese and light and fit
plus coffees with ff half and half, 3 so far as of 2pm

Well it's a new year and I am 10 pounds heavier than last year, so its a good time to kick my butt into gear. I have my 30th high school Class Reunion in June and I want to be back to my 175 pounds.
So my weight this morning was 219 pounds and my goal is 175 pounds (44 pounds) to lose and mange.

Pre-Breakfast: Cold Coffee & Meds
Breakfast: Protein Smoothie using V8 Diet Splash with Miralax
Snack: Atkins Advantage Protein Bar – Chocolate Chip Granola Bar
Lunch: Whole Sliced Cucumber and Protein Soup - Cream of Mushroom & Bag of Sun Chips (I broke down)
(The protein soup mix I order also from MyBariatricPantry.com)
Snack: Balance Protein Bar – Caramel Nut Blast
Dinner: 1 Cup of Blackeye Pea Soup with Pieces of Smoked Ham
Snack: None
Calories: 1298
Protein: 113
Water: 3
Exercise: 30 minutes Wii Active – Tennis

I wanted to tell you that I enjoyed my trip to the Big Apple in July. I actually lost weight from all the walking but I did enjoy the food and entertainment. My longest walk was through Central Park to the Natural Museum of Science. I believe we started out in front of Ann Taylor's Store and walked across. I clocked 22,000 steps that day. It was a great trip that everybody needs to go on at least once.
