Congratulations! You have really done well on your first day BOT! Things went well for me today. I had gastric bypass six years ago, lost over 100 lbs and have gained all but 20 lbs back. I know what I should do and will do to get it back off again. I have had all my protein for the day and feel very full. Talk to you later!!
Hi Carly:
Glad to have you on this site. If you go back to the basics of more protein, less carbs, more fluids and start walking, you will take those 13 lbs off pretty quickly. When I jump start my weigh loss, I always start with 800 calories, 80-90 grams of protein, keep my carbs under 50 and drink, drink, and drink. I also start walking again at 30 minutes a day and work my way back to an hour a day. If you really think about it, we should all be worth 1 hour a day. Some tips for you. I do not eat white, processed foods. No potatoes, no starches, no bread, no cakes, no pasta, no sugar, no flour products. If it is white, I don't bite. I hope these tips will help get you started back on track. Good Luck to you.
