Congratulations!  You have really done well on your first day BOT!   Things went well for me today.  I had gastric bypass six years ago, lost over 100 lbs and have gained all but 20 lbs back.  I know what I should do and will do  to get it back off again.  I have had all my protein for the day and feel very full.  Talk to you later!!

Thanks so much.  I had a regain of 70 lbs. over a year ago and was able to get it all off by doing the diet I had listed above.  The holidays cause me to gain 4 lbs. back but I am ready to get them off along with the final ten.  Good luck to you and talk with you tomorrow.

I know detox is tough but every time you feel the need to eat something drink something first and then eat something protein forward.  It works for me and hopefully will work for you too.  See you tomorrow.

Hi!

I am new to BOTT. I have regained 13 lbs in the past year and am desperately trying to get it off. I am so happy to be on this site again. Any suggestions on getting started would be greatly appreciated!

I'm going to try the Quest bars.

Thanks again!

Carly

Hi Carly:

Glad to have you on this site.  If you go back to the basics of more protein, less carbs, more fluids and start walking, you will take those 13 lbs off pretty quickly.  When I jump start my weigh loss, I always start with 800 calories, 80-90 grams of protein, keep my carbs under 50 and drink, drink, and drink.  I also start walking again at 30 minutes a day and work my way back to an hour a day.  If you really think about it, we should  all be worth 1 hour a day.  Some tips for you.  I do not eat white, processed foods.  No potatoes, no starches, no bread, no cakes, no pasta, no sugar, no flour products.  If it is white, I don't bite.enlightened  I hope these tips will help get you started back on track.  Good Luck to you.
