For those that mentioned it, coming here DOES help. I've been able to keep my head "in the game" so far this week an it's reflecting on the scale. Pretty proud of that.
I have a business trip coming up for work at the end of January, it would be great to keep my focus tight for the next 40 days and feel nice about myself.
Planning has helped too. My hubs had a couple beers and bad food Monday night, but I kept to the game plan and ate well and went to bed at a decent hour.
Keeping my head clear. Remembering protein first. No mixing eat and drinking. Limit sugar and bad carbs/sweets/bread.

cool. It is really one day at a time. One meal at a time. I remind myself about that every day.
And if I do stray - I start over the next meal after the "not so good one"
