I will be 9 months out on 11/7. I have managed to lose 90 lbs but I find myself eating alot of things I should not be eating. I find it weird that I can eat a big amount since I am only 9 months out. I managed to put away an entire bag of ginger snaps throughout the weekend. I need this madness to stop before I do some serious damage. Can anyone give me some advice as to how to do this? Thanks...Ellen

You may need professional counseling. To find out why do you do things that you know are wrong - but keep doing them - Why do you sabotaging your WLS? They made surgery on your insides - not your head. Maybe it is time to try to fix your head?  I know that a few sessions with a good "shrink" helped me and gave me perspectives.

BTW: carbs - like cookies or cake, are really "slider food" - you can eat and eat and eat - and the more you eat - the more you crave them.
