I'm 4yrs post-op and I've gotten off track very badly. I don't feel full like I used to after surgery. I can eat a whole (medium/large sized) meal! Have a stretched the pouch that much??

What are tips for getting back on track after being totally off for 2 years? In that 2 years I had a baby, suffered from severe perinatal mood disorders, was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, was placed on multiple meds (some with weight gain as a side effect), and went from 163 to 196lbs.

sorry but I am not sure how to help you.
If I eat carbs - I cna eat and eat and eat... but proteins fit in and stay full.

checken breast, steak, pork roast, etc - are more dense food.  potaoes, or even chilli or even a burger - I can eat like a normal person - as long asI skip the bun....

Thanks for your reply! I've been paying close attention to what I eat the past couple of days and I (re)discovered that as well. Wow, I've forgotten so much!
