I think you know what you need to do and what not to do. Your post shows taht you know why you gained weight.
I had RNY and WW has too many carbs for me - so that for me would not work. But with a sleeve - I cna see why it may work.
That and OA meetings may help.

I signed up for WW online and have been doing it for about 6 weeks.  I've lost 7 lbs. I am honestly at the point that I am just going back to basics.  I will miss my carbs (I seriously love carbs) but I want to lose what I've regained.  For me personally, I'm to the point that I seriously know what needs to be done, I've just not done it.  I am cooking up my chicken and fish, buying my protein and getting back to the basics....protein, water and exercise.  I know that will take it off.

I am 2 1/2 years out and I am a member of WW. I joined after I hit a really long term plateau in my weight loss. I've lost 81 lbs since I joined last June, so I know it can work--just not necessarily for everyone. I go to the meetings. It helps to have a group there to talk with, and hear tips from and so on-I like the face-to-face support.
