 Good Morning Botters:

Yesterday I took a fall on both of my knees.  I thought I would be really stoved up this morning but I took my tynelol, got up and walked my 3 miles around the neighborhood.  Dedication?  I am not sure, but I am on a roll and don't won't it to stop.  Weight wise this week I have been up 1.5 lbs. and down 1.2 lbs.  I guess my body trying to figure out our new situation but that is okay.  I feel great and that is what matters at this moment.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Snack:  Brownie Quest Bar YAY!!!
Lunch:  Brownie Quest Bar YAY!!!
Snack:  Fiber One Cookie Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Beef Tips and Mixed Vegetables
Snack:  Mini ice cream cone

Exercise:  3.2 Mile Walk-DONE

It has been a pretty good week over all for me.  I hope everybody has a wonderful Friday.  Remember those vits and fluids and I will chat with you again on Monday.  Have a great weekend.

 Good for you for getting back up and going again! How are the knees feeling? I know that can be really painful.
