 Good Morning Botters:

I have been in a rush all morning but I did my 3.2 mile walk in my neighborhood at 5:30 AM (8 days in a row) whoo hoo!!  My eats for today are:

Exercise:  3.2 Miles DONE

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Snack:  Chocolite Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein PB Bar
Snack:  Chocolite Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Grilled Chicken on a Pita Roll
Snack:  Mini ice cream cone

Can you tell that I have been out of Quest Brownie Bars.  My new shipment is suppose to come in this afternoon.  Yay!!   I hope each and everyone of you have a gorgeous day and remember to take your vits and drink your fluids.  If you stumbled yesterday, start again today.  If you trip today, start again tomorrow.  This is what is so wonderful about this.  We have the opportunity to start fresh everyday, what we choose to do is up to us....

Hey Tess! 

Well I was told it was a nice day to take a walk, however, I had 2 meeting and was tied to my des****il 6pm today. 

I did weight myself when I got home beacuse I had done it in a few days I am down 2 pounds!!! Ha me.  It may not seem like much but the scale is moving in the right direction.  My challege is that my current doctors doesn't want me to limit myself from any food execpt for those veggies that have Vitiam K and a 1200/100 cal diet is causing issues with my meds. 

So, I eat...I am not crazy I am trying to stay within 1200 cal no more than 1300 cal with 98+ proteins. 

Today eats!!!!

PreBreakfast: 4oz of Coffee & meds
Breakfast: 1 cup of Hi Lo Maple and Pecan Cereal with a splash of Almond Milk
Snack: Balance Protein Bar
Lunch: 4oz of Mexican Roasted Pork, serving of Roasted Potatos and a serving of Green Beans
Snack: 1/2 of a Apple Fritter for Dunken Donuts (because I dropped the other half....some one knew I wasn't to have it) :-)
Dinner: Really not hungry if I do I will have a cup of the Hi Lo Cereal with Almond Milk (this is a life saver!) Thanks Tess for hipping me to this Cereal, I I also order 4 boxes of the Vanilla Almond as well as the Maple Pecan).
Cal for the day which did include the 1/2 of the Fritter (950 and 72P, so I do need to have a bowl of cereal which will bring me to 1130 cal/98P)
