 Happy Hump Day Botters:

I hope everybody is doing okay with getting back on track this week.  So far, so good for me.  I walked my 3.2 miles this morning and it was a beautiful, cool start to the day.  My eats for today are:

Exercise:  3.2 miles DONE

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Snack:  Fiber One Cookie Bar
Lunch:  Steak Taco
Snack:  1/2 Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Tuna Salad on Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Special K Strawberry Crisps

Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.  Work week is half way over all ready.

Evening BOTTS:

Ok, not a good day for intake and not a date day either!

My eats for the day has been:

PreBreakfast: 4oz of Coffee and Med's
Breakfast: 1 cup of the Vanilla Almond Hi Lo cereal
Snack: 1/8 of my Fruit Smoothie, Balance Protein Bar
Lunch: 1 1/2cup of Gumbo
Snack: Balance Protein Bar
Dinner: 1 1/2cup of Mash Potatos
Snack: Vita Top Muffin Top

I walk 25 minutes from the 181st Subway stataion to my apartment.
