Tuesday, September 11th, Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning Botters:

How did you do yesterday?  I followed my schedule until the very end of the day and ended up having a piece of PB toast before bed.  I knew if I didn't eat a little something then I would not be able to sleep.  My eats and cardio today are:

Exercise:  3.2 mile walk-DONE

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Protein Shake
Snack: 1/2 PB Quest Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar Chocolate
Snack:  1/2 PB Quest Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Fiber One Bar

Have a great day and remember to take those vits and drink your fluids.

Hi Everyone!
I'm back- I have been completely out of it since May. I got engaged on Memorial Day! And since then I have had 3 grad school classes, taken the Series 7 (Licensing exam, ) worked and planned a wedding! This unfortunately did not come without consequences- aka 15 more lbs.

BUT- Im back on track as of Saturday. My lowest weight was 174 and I felt great. I am back at 217 now, so my goal by April 20- my wedding day is to lose 35lbs. I can do it!!

Today
Elliptical 45 min- done
Breakfast- Max Protein Shake
Lunch- Salad w. Grilled Chicken
Snack- Celery and Carrots with Laughing cow light cheese
Dinner- Veggie Lasagna with Ground Turkey
Snack (if I need) Cottage Cheese snack
    
Highest 313, Lowest 172, Now 196, Goal 165

 Congratulations on your engagement.  I know that weddings can certainly put a toll on you.  By getting back on track now, you should be able to reach your goal and then some.  Glad to have you back on board.

Hey Botts!

Well, I have to say my eats today was sooooooooo much better than yesterday!  I left all the cash at home this morning and my shipment of Hi Lo Cereal was waiting at my apartment door when I got home, so I can attack the hungry monster at night.

I tried to work out this morning I was actually out of bed at 5:38 am and made it 10 minutes into my workout video (Tae Bo PT24/7 (Basic)) before my mind kicked into full gear with a list of things I needed to research before I left for the day.  So, I will try it again in the morning.  Personally it takes me about a week to really get started and once I do its on...I can go for weeks/months until a sore ankle or knee trys to side line me.

I did notice today that I lacked any water today, however I only had 1 cup of coffee.

So, my eats today were and are:

PreBreakfast: 4 oz of Coffee with meds
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie w/Miralax
Snack: Protein Bar/Balance Mocha Chip
Dinner: 1/2 a serving of my lunch which was 1/4 of Brown Rice and 3 oz of Tarragon Chicken (I did not like it).
Snack:  90 Calorie Fiber One Brownie
Dinner will be: Cucumber Salad and Chicken Lime Burger on 100 cal Sandwich Bun
Snack if I need it will be 1/2 cup of Hi Lo Maple Pecan Cereal with a less than 1/4C of Almond Milk.
