 Good Afternoon Botters:

Sorry I am late posting today.  A lot of running around I had to do.  I took my morning walk early and my eats for today:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Protein Shake
Snack:  1/2 PB Quest Bar
Lunch:  Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
Snack:  1/2 PB Quest Bar
Snack:  cream cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Tuna on Wheat sandwich thins
Snack:  Vitatop

I am starting a new 90 day get back on track program Monday.  If you are ready to lose the rest of your weight, start back with me.  I am going to set my weight and calorie/exercise on Monday.  Have a great rest of the day and don't forget those vits and fluids.

Hey Tess!

Have a great weekend!  I am ready to lose the rest of my weight but I started back on July 24th but I am there with you. 

My next short term goal is to walk a 5K and I doing my first on in a couple weeks.  I am up to 2 miles and stepping it up tonight to 2.25 miles.  I printed offline a couch to 5k program I am following.

Yesterday at the gym, my trainer advanced me from a 5 lb. weight to a 10 lb weight and instead of 3 rounds of 4 exercises,  I advanced to 4 rounds of 4.  It is inspiring to see my self advance and grow stronger.

Hey Tess and BOTTS!

I am with you.  I been so slack in working out lately....ok for the past month and a half.  So, I will do the same.  I need to get back to planning my meals on Saturday and moving forward with that.  I purchased the Wolfgang Puck Gourment VersaCooker because it comes with a divider where I can slow cook two different but simlar dishes (cooking and meat) at one time.  So, tomorrow I will do a Chicken Vesuvio and a Chicken Tarragon each dish will make 3 to 4 serving so I can freeze the rest and be able to do a grab and go in the morning or for dinner.

Today I did do pretty well:

PreBreakfast: 4 oz of coffee with meds
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
Snack: VitaTop - Bran with Blueberries
Lunch: Tuna Sub from Subway the Friday Special (6 inches, loaded with veggies) 
Snack:  Nothing
Snack: on the Subway: 1/4 cup of Cajun Trail Mix from GNC
Dinner: Hamburger patties with lettuce and tomato on the side. 
Snack: Bottle of Stewart Key Lime Soda

Tess please count me in on the 90 day back on track challenge! I am just maintaining, not losing. I am still up four times a night with my baby and we have to get going at 5 am and so we go to bed at 8 pm every night. i want to exercise at night after work so bad! i just got 3 boxes of protein shakes so i am ready for the challenge.
