 Good Morning Botts:

Weather is still not bad up my way and we may miss the brunt of it.  There was a couple of tornados in the county next to us but they never touch down, thank you Lord.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  1/2 Quest PB Bar
Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  1/2 Quest PB Bar
Snack:  Protein Vanilla Pudding
Dinner:  Maybe split a sub with my hubby
Snack:  Vitatop

I believe I am going to exercise my mind tonight and go see "Hope Springs" at the movie theater and give my body a rest.  I hope everybody has a great day and  a wonderful and safe Labor Day weekend.  I will blog with you on Monday.
